Returns & Refunds — CPH Wholesale
We want every order to arrive safely and match its description. This policy explains your return and refund rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items
If your item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us. You normally have the right to reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs and the delivery costs of an agreed replacement. After 30 days, your statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund continue to apply.
Items damaged during delivery
We are responsible for goods damaged during delivery arranged by us. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or a refund where you are entitled to one. Please contact us promptly and, where possible, include photographs of the item and packaging.
Changing your mind
You may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. You are responsible for the return postage. Please return all included accessories and use the original packaging where possible. You may open the packaging and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
For change-of-mind returns, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds include any standard outbound delivery charge paid; premium delivery upgrades are not refundable. Where delivery was free, we will not deduct our original delivery costs. Refunds are made to the original payment method without a refund processing fee.
